Complete Extended License Breakdown
When you download an image at Cutcaster, you are paying for the right to use the image in specific ways, like on the web, in print or in a product that you plan to re-sell. We offer a number of licenses that grant a wide range of uses. Choose the correct one for your needs:
Our Standard License (Included in the price of all images)
• Advertising and promotional projects, including printed materials, product packaging, presentations, film and video presentations, commercials, catalogs, brochures, and promotional greeting cards, business cards and postcards.
• Entertainment, such as books and book covers, magazines, newspapers, editorials, newsletters, and video, broadcast, and tv/theatrical presentations.
• Online or electronic publications, including e-books, iPads, Kindles, digital media readers, slideshows or web pages to a maximum of 1000 x 700 pixels.
• Printed posters and other reproductions for personal use, professional event or promotional purposes that are not for resale, license, or other distribution.
Additional Premium Extended Rights (Included when selected during checkout.)
Items for resale: limited print run
• Includes the rights covered under the standard license.
Items you plan to resell or distribute:
• up to 250,000 cards, stationery items, stickers, or paper products
• up to 50,000 posters, calendars, mugs, or mousepads
• up to 25,000 t-shirts, apparel items, games, toys, entertainment goods or framed artwork.
Unlimited print run
• Includes all the rights and uses covered under the standard license.
• Additional rights allow buyers to make an unlimited number of reproductions.
• Removes the 500,000 print run limit. There are no caps to the number of re-prints you can make.
• Non-resale items like billboards and catalogs.
• Books, magazines, printed products
Multi-seat license
• Includes all the rights and uses covered under the standard license.
• Extends the rights covered under the standard license to multiple people in your organization, so that many people can use the image at the same time.
Electronic items for resale: unlimited run
• Includes the rights covered under the standard license.
• Items you plan to sell or distribute online, such as screensavers and templates for email, business cards, web pages, and brochures.
• Resell as many times as you like in all your projects
Logo or "Mark" Usage
• Includes the rights covered under the standard license.
• By purchasing this EL you can use the RF Content as part of a business name or logo under the Logo or "Mark" Usage Extended License.
• Please remember that all content on Cutcaster is sold royalty free and others could be using the image for other purposes. It also does not mean that you will have exclusive rights to this content and others will still be able to use the image in their work. You will just be able to use the content as your logo or mark.
